Linden Care Advisory helps fiduciaries, trustees and attorneys handle addiction and mental health crises. We assess the situation, recommend a plan, oversee the care and report back to you.

Olive branch in soft natural light

Who We Serve

When a beneficiary or conservatee is in crisis, you’re responsible for decisions in a field that’s hard to vet and harder to monitor from a distance. We act as your independent, informed partner on the ground.

  • Professional fiduciaries and conservators

  • Trustees and trust companies

  • Estate planning, elder law and family law attorneys

  • Families working alongside any of the above

When to Call Us

A beneficiary or conservatee relapses or goes into crisis, and you need someone on the ground quickly.

Family members disagree about care, or they’re pushing for a specific program, and you need an independent view before you approve the expense.

Your client is refusing help, and you need a plan that respects their rights and still moves things forward.

A treatment program’s claims need checking: its credentials, costs, and what it actually delivers compared with what it promises.

A treatment stay is ending, and you need a realistic plan for what comes next, with someone watching whether it holds.

Services

Care Needs Review

We meet with the client, gather history from family and current providers, and give you a clear written picture of what’s happening and what’s needed. When a clinical evaluation is warranted, we arrange it through licensed providers.

Recommendations

We present vetted treatment and support options, with the reasoning, costs and alternatives laid out, so your decision is documented and defensible.

Care Oversight

We coordinate providers, monitor progress, attend care meetings and adjust the plan when circumstances change.

Reporting

You receive regular written updates formatted for your file and court accountings.

Direct Care Support

When hands-on care is needed, we staff it through vetted partner providers, including case management and companion support. You’ll always know who is providing care and at what rate, disclosed in writing before any work begins.

How an Engagement Works

  1. Consultation. You tell us about the situation, and we tell you whether and how we can help. We respond within hours.

  2. Care Needs Review. We meet the client, talk with family and current providers, and deliver a written summary within 10 days.

  3. Recommendations. You receive vetted options with costs and reasoning. You make the decision, and it’s documented for your file.

  4. Oversight and Reporting. We coordinate the plan and keep you informed with monthly written reports, plus same-day updates when something changes.
